2/3/14

I began class by collecting homework as students defined the following terms, using their notes:

-political party
-Federalist
-Democratic Republican

We then discussed the terms.

Next, I handed students the "Political Party DBQ" handout.

Political Party DBQ- handout

Students were assigned to be either a member of the Federalist or Democratic-Republican Party.

Students then visited the stations set-up around the room.  At each station they first answered the comprehension questions.  Next, they looked for "dirt" on the opposite political party.  It would be something the person said about them, or something the other party had done.  See the directions on the handout

Station B
Station D
Station E
Station F
Station H
Station I
Station J
